Initial Virtual Session
($200.00)

In this 90-minute session, we take time to explore your story, family history, and present-day identity at a natural pace. You’ll be introduced to the Medicine Wheel of the body and supported in reflecting on your relationship to the four interconnected aspects of Indigenous embodiment: mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical.

Returning Virtual Session
(Sliding Scale Fee)

60 minute return sessions focus on mental reprocessing and physical empowerment specific to each individual. Together, we work to gently and respectfully excavate memories, find the roots of your story and reclaim your joy.

What are your sliding scale fees?

All initial 90-minute sessions are provided at a flat rate of $200.00.

All returning sessions are offered on a 3-tier sliding scale based on annual income.

Annual Income:

Less than $60,000.00 = $100.00

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 = $150.00

Over $80,000.00 = $200.00

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. All services are paid privately at the time of service. However, I am able to accept HSA and FSA payments and I'm happy to provide a superbill for clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance company.

When are your sessions available?

I schedule sessions Monday-Thursday, with evening sessions available Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Are you able to see clients outside the state of California?

I am currently licensed to serve residents of California only.

Do you see youth and children?

As I currently only offer Teletherapy services, I do not currently accept referrals for individuals younger than 16.

Do you see couples or families?

I do not see couples or family units. I work with individuals in one-on-one settings.

Can I see you in person?

I currently provide teletherapy services only.
